In 1999, Andy led Concentrics into the field of e-Learning, developing a venture relationship with a leading edge e-Learning company, webLearning.com of Fairfield, New Jersey to create a library of e-Learning courses under the brand name Person to Person. The courses are a blend of technical innovation and the consultative skills and experience of Mr. Mozenter and the Concentrics consulting team. Andy has also co-produced two award-winning sexual harassment training videos to accompany Concentrics' innovative corporate and school-based sexual harassment prevention programs. In 1997, Andy co-facilitated large-group planning sessions for city and state delegates at the President's Summit on Volunteerism in Philadelphia. Andy is the co-author with Chuck Kormanski of a team building research article (Annual: Developing Human Resources, "A New Model for Team Building: A Technology for Today and Tomorrow," University Associates 1987).

Prior to founding Concentrics in 1989 with co-founder Carole Cohn, Andy was Senior Vice-President of Playfair, Inc., an international human relations consulting and training firm. Andy holds an M.S. from Penn State University in Community Systems Planning and Development. He is a member of the national and Philadelphia Region Organizational Development Network, the American Society of Training and Development and the Eastern Technology Council.

Carole Cohn, M.Ed.

Carole Cohn is an organizational development consultant with a unique, results-oriented approach to her work. She consults to major corporations in the United States and Europe, in pharmaceuticals, health care, technology, law, banking and education. Carole brings her expertise in organizational systems, group dynamics, and creative design to her consulting work in team building, change management, leadership development and workplace respect issues. Her clients include GlaxoSmithKline, The University of Pennsylvania and Computer Sciences Corporation.

In 1997, Carole co-facilitated large-group planning sessions for city and state delegates at the President's Summit on Volunteerism in Philadelphia. Prior to founding Concentrics in 1989 with partner Andrew Mozenter, Carole was a Senior Consultant with Thomas Jefferson University, where she was responsible for organizational development projects and training programs. Carole also has been a practicing psychotherapist, bringing her communications, diagnostics, counseling and intervention skills to individuals, couples and groups.

She has an M.Ed. from Temple University with a concentration in Organizational Psychology. Carole is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, the American Society for Training and Development, and the national and Philadelphia Region Organizational Development Network.
