What is It?
Person to Person: Bottom-Line Diversity is a one-hour, e-learning course developed in collaboration with noted Diversity expert David Tulin of Tulin DiversiTeam Associates. This course combines audio, video, and graphic technologies to deliver the latest perspectives on diversity.
Why Is It Different?
Person to Person: Bottom-Line Diversity provides tools and a model for managing the challenges and opportunities in confronting diversity among colleagues and customers. It teaches employees how diversity as a strategy can improve productivity and profits. Through the use of streaming video scenes and interactive exercises, the course illustrates how students can use diversity either to make the bottom line appreciate or depreciate, depending on how they value it.
What about Individual Company Cultures?
Person to Person: Bottom-Line Diversity can be customized to include each company's diversity policies and procedures, and to deliver a course which fits a company's unique culture. Moreover, this delivery strategy allows for continuous and immediate updates, as company policies change, or new insights are developed.
