Incorporates Award-Winning Video and Handbook
Each program includes scenes from Concentrics' award-winning video Person to Person: Creating Respectful Workplaces. The video highlights the subtleties of sexual harassment, dramatizing real life work situations that can occur, and portraying responses to disrespectful behavior on the job. Each participant receives a handbook with definitions, legal terms, guidelines on what to do if harassed, how to aid others and manager's responsibilities.

Train the Trainer
In a two-day session, Concentrics trains an organization's training staff to conduct Person to Person sexual harassment prevention seminars within the organization. Sessions include an emphasis on facilitative skills, as well as program content. Includes needs assessment, support materials, Leader's Guide and Person to Person: Creating Respectful Workplaces training video.
