Dana Robinson, Ph.D.
Dana Robinson is an accomplished researcher and project manager with extensive experience making projects succeed and groups perform more effectively. He has a track record of good, hands-on, tactical support and teamwork in small business, corporate and nonprofit settings (e.g., education, behavioral health).
Dana has fourteen years experience as a senior researcher in the marketing research industry and as a consultant, specializing in focus group moderation, in-depth interviewing and quantitative analysis of statistical data. He worked for fifteen years as a marketing research manager in the financial services industry where he became knowledgeable about customer satisfaction research, technology development and managed care.
Dana has a Ph.D. in Public Policy Analysis from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association, a long-standing member of Lansdowne Friends School
